The chart, not the hallway

They read before they act. They write after. Plain files in a folder you own are enough. Drive is a projection. If the projection burns, the chart still stands.

Then you begin

Paste the charter as standing instructions. Give it the first task. Change the charter where it disappoints you. The model is not the fix. The worth of the work is not ingenuity. It is what it releases you to do.
