1. Before a session: read AGENTS.md, the charter, STATE.md.
2. Do the work.
3. After: paste a dated note into records/. Refresh STATE.md. Do this three times this week.

How to know it worked

The fourth session starts faster than the first, because the record is there.

When it disappoints you

If you skip the write. Then you have a chat log, which vanishes. The discipline is the product.
