Steps

1. Pick Curator or Grant Deadline Watcher.
2. Schedule weekly. Output to records/ or a Drive folder you already use.
3. Put a human gate on anything that sends.

How to know it worked

Sunday’s file is there on Monday without you having opened the tool.
