Thirty minutes and honesty. No account.

Steps

1. Sit with the seven principles on /agents/principles. Do not copy them.
2. Write one page: who you serve, what an agent may never do, what must always come to you.
3. Date it. Put it where you will find it next week — a Drive file is enough until the record exists.

How to know it worked

You can read it aloud in two minutes. Someone who works with you would recognize it.

When it disappoints you

If it sounds like a vendor. Rewrite until it sounds like you. Quality lives in the charter, not the model.
